This statement, in light of their alleged cheating, rubbed Jennifer Aniston in the wrong way. She said in a Vogue interview that those comments of Jolie “were uncool.”
The actress also further said it was downright inappropriate of Angelina Jolie to talk about her affair so publicly She said:
“There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.”
Years later, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were caught chatting and laughing it up at the 2020 SAG Awards. Many fans thought that the two exes had finally resolved their differences. But turns out, they never had an ill-feelings toward each other.

In the Vogue interview, Jennifer Aniston stated that she made peace with Brad Pitt, her ex-husband, a long time back. The actress said that she spoke to him and even congratulated him on his children. She said:
“We have exchanged a few very kind hellos and wishing you wells and sending you love and congratulations on your babies. I have nothing but absolute admiration for him, and…I’m proud of him! I think he’s really done some amazing things.”
The Murder Mystery actress was candid about her failed marriage in the interview and explained that she and her ex-husband never came to blows over the divorce. In fact, they resolved things amicably after a lot of talking. Aniston said:
“The marriage didn’t work out. And pretty soon after we separated, we got on the phone and we had a long, long conversation with each other and said a lot of things, and ever since we’ve been unbelievably warm and respectful of each other.”
However, it seems like Aniston’s idea of a fairytale marriage was shattered due to the divorce. She said, “Whoever said everything has to be forever, that’s setting your hopes too high. It’s too much pressure.” Over the years, the Marley and Me actress have dated many Hollywood hunks, but right now it looks like she’s single.
