Jennifer Garner and Ed Helms, starring alongside Wednesday actor Emma Myers and Brady Noon, have brought to life a film revolving around a family that was forced to switch bodies with each other due to an unusual astronomical phenomenon. This made Garner and Helms’ characters’ souls switch with their two children. However, one scene went a little too far when establishing the boundaries, or the lack thereof.

Jennifer Garner’s Film Breaks Boundaries

Jennifer Garner’s latest film, Family Switch, has been a success for Netflix. Despite its positive reviews, there is one scene in particular that did not sit well with the critics or the fans. So much so that they have very well found themselves disgusted by how the film could even pull such a stunt without a second thought. The scene in question follows the two children in their parents’ bodies as they are in the midst of their mother’s friends.

The daughter, appearing to be her mother, enters a room to converse with her brother, appearing to be her father. The friends that surround them all pester and tease them about how the two need to regularly kiss to maintain their relationship. However, noticing their awkward demeanor, the friends begin pressuring the two into kissing each other. The peer pressure gets to the two children, who forcibly yet defeatedly agree to the kiss. The daughter then urges her brother to just go through with it before things get any worse.

Fans Find Themselves Extremely Enraged

The scene in Jennifer Garner’s film was most definitely unnecessary. If the intention had been to make it humorous and awkward, the execution would have been completely horrible. Had the two bailed last minute, things would have been different. However, since they did not, it led to an incestual kiss that disgusted the audience.

Fans have been claiming it to be the only reason why the film was bad. It took away what made Family Switch such an enjoyable film. They have been calling it to be the worst part of the film and even wondering how it was allowed in the first place.
