Jeremy Renner’s Snowplow accident resulted in precarious injuries, he suffered blunt chest trauma and had more than thirty broken bones among several orthopedic injuries. After the accident, The Hawkeye star was airlifted to a nearby hospital. Soon he underwent multiple surgeries and treatments.
With prayers, love, and support the Marvel star has recovered from a near-death experience. It is a miracle no doubt, during the treatment Renner risked losing his leg but now he has not just recovered but also gained much of his strength back.
Jeremy Renner drives Electric Scooter celebrating Easter with family
After the devastating accident, the Wind River star has made efforts to spend more time with his family. He has also kept his fans updated on his journey to recovery from the accident. We have seen Renner lying helpless on the hospital bed and now after three months, he has recovered immensely.
Jeremy Renner posted a picture with his family at a theme park celebrating Easter. In another story, we can see Renner ride an Electric Scooter which is a big deal considering three months back he was in grave danger of losing his leg or the ability to walk altogether. Now the actor is undergoing immense therapy and training to regain his strength and be back on our screens.
Jeremy Renner admits that the snowplow accident was his mistake
The 52-year-old actor apologized to his family when he was in the hospital. He admitted on ABC Network that the snowplow injury was his fault. He was driving the snowplow and as the vehicle began to skid on the ice he became worried about his nephew’s safety. He took one foot out to look back, and ended up losing his balance,
“You shouldn’t be outside the vehicle when you’re operating it, you know what I mean? It’s like driving a car with one foot out of the car. But it is what it was. And it’s my mistake, and I paid for it.”
Jeremy Renner further explained that he was scared the vehicle might crush his nephew so he moved between the two. The snowplow rolled over him instead crushing more than 30 bones. Soon neighbors came to tend of him as he was covered in a pool of blood.
The Wind River star made his first public appearance for his show Rennervations, the show’s concept is unique and exciting. Jeremy Renner will scour for government vehicles that have been de-commissioned and make something mind-blowing out of it with the help of experts of course. This will be a fun adventure and we will get to witness it on our screens.
