His latest series Mayor of Kingstown slightly altered their posters out of respect for the recovering actor. Where the previous posters saw a bloodied and scarred Hawkeye actor, the updated posters have removed the scars and the blood out of respect for the actor.

The newly updated posters showcase a handsome Jeremy Renner with no scars or blood on his face. The old posters however showcased a bloodied Renner with scars on his face. The altercation was a way to pay their respect to Jeremy Renner and showcase their support for the actor and wish him a speedy recovery.

Before the whole thing blew over, there were rumors abound on the internet about the Wind River actor potentially losing his leg! With fans hoping worldwide that The Avengers actor would not have to go through an amputation, the actor recently revealed some extremely good news. Giving an update, the actor stated that he has been discharged to rest at home and has also watched the first episode of Mayor of Kingstown with his family.

In his recent tweet, The Hurt Locker actor stated that he has been discharged from the hospital and is in his home, resting. Renner went on to further clarify that he had wished to see the first episode of the second season of Mayor of Kingstown with his family. With luck being in his favor, the Arrival actor was indeed able to watch the episode alongside his loved ones.

As per conflicting reports, it will take Jeremy Renner 1 or 2 years to fully recover. Seeing the actor, however, in his high spirits has the people relieved. His latest project Mayor of Kingstown received critical acclaim with the release of its second season.
