Initially, when John Wick 4 was being filmed, Stahelski did have plans to shoot another sequel simultaneously. But this plan didn’t work out as the director didn’t want to create two films in a hurry. His focus was to create one good film and didn’t want to be stressed about making two back-to-back.

Chapter 4 ends with the death of Baba Yaga. But as Manager Winston and Bowery King go to his tombstone, they are uncertain if John Wick is really dead or not. Well, only Chapter 5 can give us all our answers. So does that mean another sequel is coming? The director Chad Stahelski mentions that he and Reeves haven’t given up on the famous franchise. Recently, Stahelski teased the return of Keanu Reeves in John Wick 5 and fans couldn’t be happier.

“As for John Wick, you will never hear Keanu or I say, we’re done. We’re proud of what we’ve done, flattered people want to see more, and we want to continue that and will be there to help out. What Lionsgate decides to do with the properties is up to them.”

Well, the director has already given his thumbs up, it would be great to see when the fifth sequel details will be shared with the audience.

In the post-credit scene, we get to see John Wick’s adversary Caine reconnect with his daughter. But the story doesn’t end there as the credit scene teases a potential rivalry. Even though Caine murdered Shimazu, he forgets to get rid of his daughter, Akira. At the end of the credit scene, Shimazu’s daughter is seen pulling out a blade to kill Caine to take revenge for her father’s death but suddenly the screen blacks out.

The fifth sequel might explore more of Akira’s story and also unfold the mystery of Keanu Reeves’s character, John Wick’s death.
