Arguably one of the biggest names in Hollywood during his tenure as Tony Stark in the MCU, actor Robert Downey Jr. needs no introductions as his reputation precedes him, which is only bolstered by the love of his fans and the fans of the MCU. Even to this day, his performance as Iron Man is fondly remembered by millions, bringing them joy. This is also the reason why the internet is filled with so much content around him and his role as one of the Avengers. And in a very recent video, fans were hilariously reminded of his contributions to the franchise.

In a recent post that has been posted on Instagram, we can see the Oppenheimer star in a deepfake video where he is watching the ionic Avengers Assemble scene from Avengers: Endgame, only this time, the year is 2030, and there is a lot of changes made to the MCU. This brings the inclusion of different characters from various different series from the world of TV to big Hollywood blockbusters. This includes the addition of Stephen Amell as his iconic character from Arrow along with Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of The Caribbean.

While it may be a deepfake video at the end, there is no denying that it’s not entertaining, and that is what the fandom wants, to remember Downey Jr. for his contributions to the MCU.

While he may have clarified that he doesn’t think he will be returning to the MCU in the future, we can still hope that he changes his mind. The death of his character will not be an issue after the introduction of the Multiverse.

Even if we don’t see Downey Jr.’s face, the face of Tony Stark may be replaced by another in the Multiverse, which will bring back Iron Man into the cinematic universe.
