Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the most popular modern anime and manga series that is currently ongoing, known for its adrenaline-charged combat, fun characters, and comedy. The series was created by Gege Akutami and follows the adventures of Yuji Itadori, who joins a school of Jujutsu Sorcerers who aim to defeat powerful curses, the most powerful of whom Yuji has become the host of. His teacher is Satoru Gojo, the world’s most powerful sorcerer.

Yuji has become the host of an ancient evil, Sukuna, also known as the King of Curses and one of the most powerful curse users in history. His teacher, Satoru Gojo, recently had a fight to the death with Sukuna, which the latter won after a long, arduous battle and seemingly killing Gojo. However, fans have been theorizing as to whether Gojo can return to life, and if so, how that will happen.
Can Gojo return to life in Jujutsu Kaisen?
As Gojo died at the end of chapter 236 of the manga, Jujutsu Kaisen fans have been upset and outraged by his death, since he is arguably the most popular character in the series. He met a shocking death at the hands of Sukuna, and the upcoming chapter, chapter 237, could very well show us more of what happened afterward.
It’s worth pointing out the conversation Gojo had with Nanami, where Nanami shared with him that if he wanted to stay as he was, he should go south, which Nanami himself chose. However, if he wanted to change and discover a new side of himself, he should go north instead. Fans are theorizing that this is what Gojo will choose to do, and thus come back to life more powerful than ever.
What else can fans expect from chapter 237?
After Sukuna’s fight with Gojo ended with his victory, there was no respite for him as his next challenger stepped right up in the form of Kashimo. As fans of Jujutsu Kaisen will likely remember, Kashimo is a powerful ancient sorcerer who lost in his fight to Hakari, albeit without using his Cursed Technique, which we know nothing about. It has also been stated previously in the manga that Kashimo is not at Sukuna’s level.

However, Kashimo’s Cursed Technique is one that he has said he will only use against Sukuna, and what works in his favor is that Sukuna is exhausted and injured after his fight with Gojo. He lost an eye and a hand as well. What works in his favor, though, is that he learned a new technique that can cut through space itself, and has made him even more powerful than before.
Regardless of what happens in chapter 237 of Jujutsu Kaisen, fans can look forward to an action-packed time.
