Gege Akutami’s masterpiece Jujutsu Kaisen is making a lot of noise with both anime and manga being at its peak. It has moved to a new segment which can be considered one of the most crucial moments of the story. Fans of the gripping manga series Jujutsu Kaisen have been impatiently awaiting the next installment and chapter 239 has not disappointed, providing surprising twists and dramatic confrontations. Fans were anticipating the highly anticipated confrontation between Yuji and Sukuna in the most recent chapter.
However, the new chapter has shifted its focus to another fight, which may be more exciting than Yuji and Sukuna’s. Kenjaku and his plans are now the focus of the plot. Chapter 239 shows Kenjaku moving forward with his plan of the great merger by chasing out the other players, but he is halted by Takaba, a new character introduced in the plot.
Who is Takaba in Jujutsu Kaisen?
Fumihiko Takaba is a failed comedian who was transformed into a sorcerer by Kenjaku to compete in the Culling Game. Fumihiko Takaba is a sucker for strength. Fumihiko may not appear to be a fighter, but he is a master of close-quarters combat. When Fumihiko has an idea that he knows will be amusing, it becomes a reality. It’s a technique with the ability to defeat even Satoru Gojo, but Fumihiko is completely unaware of his might.
Takaba is easily one of the most powerful characters in Jujutsu Kaisen due to the immense adaptability of his cursed technique, therefore if he’s pitted against Kenjaku, it’s quite likely that this is where Kenjaku is finally beaten. Takaba’s cursed abilities allow him to be one of the few people who can deal with someone like Kenjaku.

Takaba vs. Kenjaku
While Kenjaku is most likely the strongest of the two at present, he will most likely not win the combat between these two characters right away. This battle could turn out to be a big one that spans several chapters. Despite his disposition, Takaba is one of the most powerful characters due to the tremendous variety of his cursed technique, therefore if he’s being matched against Kenjaku, it’s quite likely that this is where Kenjaku finds a worthy opponent. Kenjaku may have the upper hand in the struggle initially, but he should be forced back.
Takaba will almost certainly become more involved in the fight, and when that does, Kenjaku may find himself on the defensive. Takaba’s fight with one of the most important characters of the current arc proves that he is also a worthy opponent and may prove a hard battle for Kenjaku.
