Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 is ruling over the internet. With only one episode left to conclude season 2, fans cannot help but feel a little disheartened to know that it will be several months until they see the Jujutsu sorcerers in action again. Amidst such thought, episode 22 took a controversial turn after Mei Mei was seen relaxing in Malaysia with her brother while other Jujutsu sorcerers were busy putting their lives on the line.
Mei Mei’s selfish nature has angered a lot of fans. Apart from Mei Mei, another female character entered the Shibuya Incident arc and helped Yuji and company while they were being overwhelmed by Kenjaku and Uraume. The latest attraction of the Jujutsu Kaisen is Yuki Tsukumo. Yuki Tsukumo’s presence has given confidence to the fans, but hardly do they know that it won’t last for much long.
Yuki Tsukumo Will Suffer A Horrible Death
Yuki Tsukumo is one of the four Special-grade sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen. Entering the Culling Games will boost the confidence of the fans as well as the Jujutsu sorcerers, but it will not be of much help since she will die at the hands of Kenjaku. She and Kenjaku will have a terrific battle, but Yuki will ultimately die in chapter 208.
During the battle, Yuki Tsukumo surprised Kenjaku with her destructive powers. Her special Cursed Technique is Star Rage, which allows her to change the gravitational pull of objects at her will. On top of that, her powers were instilling damage to Kenjaku. But Kenjaku is known as the most evil sorcerer in Jujutsu history had has been alive for centuries. It was natural for him to find a counter to Star Rage.

He soon picked up that Star Rage alters the mass of other things while Yuki’s and her shikigami’s mass remains the same. While she was using her Star Rage, the evil sorcerer used a mini-Uzumaki to attack her. Upon receiving the blow, Yuki Tsukumo opted for the Reversed Cursed Technique, and at that moment, Kenjaku launched a powerful attack and sliced her in half.
Even in that state, he held Kenjaku and used Star Rage to summon a Black Hole to engulf him in it. But Kenjaku somehow managed to overcome the consequences and thus ended the life of another Special Grade Sorcerer. During the battle, Yuki used as simple domain, but it was overpowered by Kenjaku’s Domain Expansion, which dealt major damage to Yuki.

The plan worked to some extent, but Kenjaku handled himself pretty well. Yuki Tsukumo suffered one of the most horrible deaths in Jujutsu Kaisen, even though she had a lot of potential.
More Jujutsu Kaisen’s Only Female Special Grade Sorcerer
Yuki Tsukumo had a lot of potential to surpass all the other Special Grade sorcerers. She left the Jujutsu community and followed her path in eradicating Cursed Spirits. Being one of the most powerful beings with one of the most potent Cursed Energy Techniques, she failed to live up to her name. Gege Akutami could have written her character in a better manner, considering she died in the first battle that she fought.
Another disappointing fact is that she did not use her Domain Expansion. Due to Tengen’s warning, she did not use her Domain Expansion since it would have taken a massive amount of her Cursed Energy. Yuki Tsukumo had tons of powers at her disposal. She had a shikigami named Garuda. Garuda can be manipulated with Star Rage, can be used as a cursed toll, and can restrain enemies. Apart from that she can also use Reversed Cursed Technique to heal herself.
Yuki Tsukumo has a massive amount of Cursed Energy. She maintains her calmness during fights, is an exceptional fighter at hand-to-hand combat, and has great endurance. Even after hurting herself pretty badly, she was fighting Kenjaku on par. Yuki can also analyze a situation using her intellect and take action.
She used a simple domain against Kenjaku. Gege Akutami might have misused her, considering her Cursed Energy Technique is so strong that she could summon a Black Hole, but left her out from using the Domain Expansion. But it will always remain a possibility that was never explored. The manga readers know what will happen, but the anime watchers will be surprised to see Gege Akutami finishing off another powerful character.
