How Did Sukuna Defeat Mahoraga?

Mahoraga’s power is well known for having beaten the head of the Gojo family, who possessed superhuman skills like Limitless and Six Eyes. Still, he was no match for Sukuna. Mahoraga had already become accustomed to Sukuna’s Dismantle technique due to his constant slash attacks on the beast.

In the middle of the fight, Sukuna realizes that the only way to defeat Mahoraga is to destroy it with a new tactic before it has a chance to adjust. According to him, the shikigami has adapted to slashing techniques in general as well as to dismantle them. Sukuna unleashed the power of his Domain, Malevolent Shrine, and altered it to reduce the city to dust.
