In a quick Q&A session with Variety, Hugh Jackman was asked to fill in the sentence, “Ryan Reynolds is blank.” To this, he replied by stating that ‘blank’ itself is a great word to describe Ryan Reynolds.

He further stated that the Red Notice actor “takes up so much air in the room.” He added that Reynolds has a never-ending appetite for needs and wants. Jackman continued to put his frenemy on blast adding more and more words to the list.

I’ll give you more. I’ve got a whole store of them. Ryan Reynolds is ubiquitous and it’s annoying. I’m bored, just bored talking about him. Sorry.”

The Prisoners actor couldn’t even bring himself to say Reynolds’ name, calling him everything from “Lyan Leynolds” to “Ryan Lens.” Whatever the two guys say about each other, one thing that’s for sure is that both of them respect one another and are thrilled to be working alongside. However, the friendly feud is sure an entertaining bit to watch.

One such incident is when Jackman called up Reynolds to confirm his willingness to return, Reynolds was over the moon. Jackman stated that while Reynolds had almost given up, this phone call came as a shock to him. Reynolds stated “I can’t believe the timing of this,” as he was just about to meet with Kevin Feige for Deadpool 3.

Reynolds was more than thrilled to have his close friend in the movie as he expressed that working with one of his close friends is a dream come true. Especially since that means bringing two iconic characters side by side, for another ride.

It’s quite clear that while the “feud” doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon, the actors in reality are extremely fond of one another. Fans can only wait and see which hilarious turn the on-screen and off-screen feud takes next.
