When it comes to gleaming streams, Kai Cenat is not the first to come to mind. However, being one of the biggest streamers on the internet right now, it makes sense for him to jump on the trend. After all, it keeps the audience entertained with a fun time.

The streamer has recently been going through one of the best titles on PlayStation, Ghost of Tsushima. Sucker Punch’s samurai adventure was beloved by many for its gorgeous world, compelling story, and amazing fights. One of those fights is proving to be extra challenging for the streamer.

The story of Jin Sakai is one of loss and redemption. On his journey, the samurai adopts some less than honorable methods of attack. While others are understanding, his uncle, Lord Shimura, was far less forgiving. Even at the end of the game, the Lord is unable to view Jin in the same way.

Thus, we begin Jin’s final fight in the game against the man who raised him as a child. Despite the familial relationship, Shimura does not go easy. It’s a tough fight, requiring the players to understand attack patterns and be quick with the deflect button. However, Kai Cenat learns the fight isn’t so straightforward.

In the short clip posted to X, we see Kai backing out of the game onto the home screen after facing another defeat at the hands of Lord Shimura, something he has been experiencing for hours. While he does try to dodge some attacks, the hit tracking in the game can be a bit unfair, which is where parrying is essential.

If Kai is having difficulty with Ghost of Tsushima, we can only imagine the reaction to some bosses from Elden Ring. Malenia is difficult for even veteran Soulsborne players, and don’t get us started on a pre-nerf Radahn. It is safe to say that Kai should play a FromSoftware game for the memes alone.

Ghost of Tsushima 2 Rumors Hint at More Content for Kai

Will a sequel further sharpen the blade of Tsushima?
Will a sequel further sharpen the blade of Tsushima?

It’s been nearly four years since the release of the first game, and fans are eager for a sequel. Sucker Punch has not officially confirmed such a title, but we do know the original is going to be ported to PC soon. Such a decision could hint at a sequel in the works for PlayStation to encourage hardware sales.

Rumors suggest a PlayStation Showcase is scheduled for May, where we’re going to hear about a lot of big exclusive titles. Ghost of Tsushima 2 is on that speculative list and could end up being the highlight of the event. This would mean PlayStation will keep the reveal for the end of the Showcase.

For those who want a dose of a samurai epic and can’t wait, there’s always Rise of the Ronin. It’s a game in a different genre, but it will tide you over until the sequel drops. Even with an announcement in May, we can expect to wait at least a year before its release.

Do you think we will get a sequel anytime soon? Let us know in the comments!
