The MCU is all set to establish Kang the Conqueror as the absolute menace after showing him as an almost undefeatable force in Ant-Man 3By the end of the movie, it was quite clear that The Multiverse Saga is going to level up everything that Marvel did in the past. Now new theories suggest that the ending of Quantumania will have a far greater impact on the future of this Multiversal drama.

Will Kang the Conqueror present a grim fate for the Avengers?

The third Ant-Man movie ended on a very uncertain note as both the audience and Scott Lang himself are left thinking about the survival of the Conqueror. Now although our beloved Paul Rudd character survived the quantum realm chaos, looks like some heroes can face a very grim fate. A new theory suggests that characters like Doctor Strange, Loki, Scarlet Witch, and America Chavez will be most vulnerable to Kang’s wrath mainly due to their multiversal connections.

If the theory is to be believed, the Kang that faced his unfortunate fate in Ant-Man 3 was a good version and was exiled by the evil Kangs that were shown in the mid-credits scene. It was revealed by Kang himself that he was exiled to the Quantum Realm. The theory further states that this evil Council of Kangs will be after certain Avengers who can stand as obstacles in their plans. Most of the characters discussed starting from Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, and America Chavez to Scott, Hope, and White Vision are Nexus beings. This implies that they have deep connections with the multiverse.

As this movie is directly connected with the events of Avengers: Secret Wars, the theory states that the evil Kangs will need to kill these characters so that the universes could merge and form the Battleworld. It is very similar to what happened in the 2015 Secret Wars comics where the multiverse was destroyed by numerous incursions and the remains were merged to form this new world.

Many fans can argue regarding the presence of Loki in the list as he is not a Nexus being but as explored in the Loki series, the God of Mischief is now an integral part of this drama. His involvement with the TVA combined with his doubtable personality can also spoil the Battleworld plans badly which the Council of Kangs can’t afford. With Loki Season 2 set to influence these events more, it will be interesting to watch if this set of Avengers can survive the wrath of the time-traveling tyrant.

While many fans were worried about the Rotten Tomatoes score of Ant-Man 3, the movie proved to be an important venture for the future of this chapter of the MCU. From Kang the Conqueror’s quantum realm chaos to the ending of the movie directly linked to Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars elevated the importance of this move more.

The movie is set entirely in the colorful and strange world of the Quantum Realm where the Ant Family gets stuck after an experiment by Cassie Lang goes terribly wrong. Although our heroes were shown to have won, it was just the calm before the storm as we witnessed uncountable more versions of the menace called Kang waiting to shred our Avengers to pieces.
