“Trevor Phillips, a former employee who was hired at Kanye West‘s fashion brand Yeezy in November 2022, claimed that Kanye West had a bad attitude toward him and especially other employees during his work time. Phillips even took his claims a little further and said that West threatened him by saying, ‘I’ll punch you in the face,’ and then suddenly changed his tone of voice and imitated Super Mario‘s victory dance and said, ‘I’m gonna give you one more chance. Another life‘.”
Unfortunately, the allegations in question are not limited to these. The former employee believes there was racism in the workplace and claims West treated black employees worse than white employees. West even intervenes in employees’ private lives and warns them that they will be fired if they gain weight.
There are still many interesting things about Kanye. The employee states that he has made anti-Semitic statements and that he even witnessed him praising Adolf Hitler. Moreover, there are many allegations in the case file that he attacked the LGBTQ+ community and used expressions such as “controlled by Bill Gates so they don’t have children for population control.“

Phillips says that his firing was also quite traumatic. Allegedly, West fired him in May 2023 by making derogatory remarks at an event in front of dozens of people.
What Will Happen to Kanye West?
If Trevor Phillips’ allegations are proven, it seems like they will cause trouble for Kanye West. Because these are a set of thoughts and behaviors aimed at disrupting social order, segregating people, and encouraging crime.
