Even Peters is another celebrity who spoke out about how incredibly Winslet is. He talked on the subject during an interview after he worked with the actress on their 2021 crime-drama series, Mare of Easttown.

Evan Peters Talks About Kate Winslet

Evan Peters worked alongside Kate Winslet on Mare of Easttown, a series that follows a police investigator who is investigating a brutal murder, all the while trying to stop her life from falling apart. Winslet’s role in this series is nothing simple or easy, playing an incredibly complex and flawed character. Despite this, however, it would seem that the actress was her usually compassionate and kind self on set. During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Peters talked about the actress and what she is like.

“On thing that i learned actually since working on Mare of Easttown is Kate Winslet is a f*cking incredible person. I mean, amazing actress, but also just what a leader. I mean she leads the set. She talks to everybody. She is compasionate towards every f*cking person on that set”

The actor revealed that he believes the actress to be an extremely incredible person. He stated that not only is she a kind person and a good actor, he believes her to be an extremely good leader. He elaborated on this, stating that he thinks this to be the case because of the way she interacts with people on set, conversing with everyone and showing compassion to everyone around her.

Evan Peters Tried To Be More Like Kate Winslet

After working with Kate Winslet and seeing these characteristics in the actress, Evan Peters decided to learn from her and implement similar habits in himself as well. The actor went on to tell The Hollywood Reporter that he adored how the actress was with the people around her and her leadership capabilities and wanted to be able to the that too. He mentioned that he really looked up to the actress because of this.

“I really looked up to that so, you know I really tried to carry that with me throughout shooting that and I think when you are working with a huge group of people like that with the same goal in mind, it becomes an amazing team. And i think it is important to help being a good leader during that.”

He then went on to add that he tried to carry this along with him as he was shooting the series. He then added that he thinks that when working with a big group of people who all have a similar goal, it is important for one to be a good leader at that.
