Kenjaku was one of the biggest villains in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. For many years, the fans have witnessed him wielding power behind the scenes. As the mastermind behind the Culling Game arc, Kenjaku is also undoubtedly responsible for all of the significant deaths that have occurred thus far in the narrative.

One of the most common, yet horrible villains in Jujutsu Kaisen, Kenjaku was ranked alongside the King of Curses, Sukuna, and just like him was expected to engage in a dangerous battle. Although Kenjaku engaged with Takaba in a fierce and entertaining battle, Yuta Okkotsu appeared out of nowhere and quickly beheaded him.

The swiftness and simplicity of Kenjaku’s defeat is the point of contention for many. The fight took place throughout just three chapters and, surprisingly, Kenjaku had been defeated in just three manga chapters given how important a villain he was and how much of a threat he posed to both Japan and the rest of the world.

Kenjaku Was One of The Most Important Antagonists

Kenjaku, the guy who has Suguru Geto’s body, is the most malevolent jujutsu practitioner in history. His special natural method enables him to implant his brain into other people and take on their identities. By implanting his brain into various bodies, he has lived for hundreds of years.

Kenjaku is the mastermind behind the majority of the other antagonists’ schemes. He succeeded in his plan to imprison Satoru Gojo in the Prison Realm by orchestrating the entire Shibuya Incident. Kenjaku has been planning to take the world back to a period when magic was the dominant force.

One of the major qualities that sets Kenjaku apart as one of the greatest villains is his cunning nature, which keeps him one step ahead of his opponents at all times. However, when the time came to kill the heinous villain, Gege Akutami may have done injustice to the character as he deserved a better ending than what he got.

Kenjaku Deserved a Better Death

It was thought that it would take a lot more to defeat Kenjaku because he was one of the main antagonists in the series alongside Sukuna. However, while he was preoccupied, a single cut from Yuta’s sword was all that was needed to kill him.

An adversary of his caliber should have anticipated a conflict as fierce as that between Gojo and Sukuna, involving most of the jujutsu sorcerers in the culling games. It was shocking to learn that one of Jujutsu Kaisen’s most significant characters and one of its main antagonists could be killed in just three chapters.

Throughout his many lifetimes, all he did was cause chaos, death, and destruction; however, he was killed in a manner that didn’t seem to do justice to his character. Looking at his ability to change bodies, it is not confirmed that he is entirely dead or not. Thus, nothing can be said for sure.
