According to Marca, the hug was also preceded by the Phoenix Suns power forward eyeing the rapper, which many considered to be the birth of a potential romance.
During the embrace, Yung Miami was also seen whispering something to Durant at the All-Star weekend party. Fans were quick to notice the smile she had while talking to the legendary player and Durant’s googly eyes at the City Girls star. Many speculated that a romance brewing between the celebrities after their paths crossed at the game in Indianapolis.

Yung Miami, who is one-half of the rapper duo City Girls, has been public about her relationship with rapper Diddy. According to the website Hip Hop DX, Yung Miami and Diddy got together in 2021, but made it official in 2022. The duo had refused to put a label on their relationship even when they attended the Met Gala in 2023 (via Billboard).
However, Miami and Diddy were reportedly not together anymore after the rapper revealed their status. She said in an interview with The Cut,
“We’re still friends! We’re still good friends! But we’re single. That’s not my man. We had our own situation, I’m not gonna put a title on it…We were together every day at one point. He supported me, I supported him. I’ll let the internet call it whatever they want to call it.”
