One of the main features of The Sims is the ability to create any character and house the player chooses, through the different customization options the game provides. Along with these options is the ability to design your character to the smallest detail, whether it be the form of their jaw line, the amount of freckles on their face, or even the shape of their elbows.
Thanks to this widely open customization option, players are able to make plenty of unique characters, based on both real and fake people.
The player in question who created the Kim Kardashian lookalike is known as Kindafeverish. Apparently, while they were messing around with the character creator, or in their own words, “playing with genetics,” they were able to design what many gamers believe to be a Kardashian lookalike.
This is a rather interesting achievement, since being able to create a character that looks remarkably like a real-life person without even trying is something many would consider a talent. However, there are those who believe this could have been faked, and the person set out to design the character all along, and are just pretending to have done this by accident.

Since sims are entirely created by the player, if they so choose, it makes sense gamers would be skeptical that someone would just sit down and mess with the different options until they have character that looks impeccable, and bears a resemblance to a real-life person.
