As Deadline reported, DiCaprio was at a small gathering at London’s Leicester Square. Someone at the event commented that the football players of the English Premier League were better athletes than basketball players. The actor immediately questioned that statement saying “Better than Michael Jordan?”
The actor also declared the famed basketball star as the greatest in the game. Some fans, especially those of another huge basketball star Lebron James, took to X to express their disagreement with the actor. They thought that James was a much better player than Jordan. Leonardo DiCaprio Has A New Secret Project in the Pipeline
Leonardo DiCaprio reunited with Martin Scorsese this year with Killers of the Flower Moon. The film has now become a major awards contender. The actor has also received a nomination for Best Actor for the upcoming Golden Globe Awards.
At a recent event, he revealed to Deadline that he has a new project in the works that he can’t talk about. He claims that he is not yet allowed to divulge information about this project. He said,
“I have one but I don’t think I’m allowed to discuss it. I want to but I don’t think I’m allowed. I would love to give you a scoop, but I can’t”
It was also announced that Scorsese and DiCaprio were reuniting yet again for another adaptation of David Grann’s works titled The Wager. DiCaprio must be referring to this project as it is yet to be announced by the studio.
