Lewis Hamilton is often in the news for two things: his iconic exploits on the racing track and his eye-catching appearances with some of the most glamorous celebrities in the world.
On Thursday, the Formula 1 fans were left stunned by the news that Hamilton will leave Mercedes to join Ferrari next year. The seven-time world champion will end his chapter with Mercedes after more than a decade, having joined the team from McLaren in 2013.

Before he even properly entered the spotlight, Lewis Hamilton got in the circle of the former Miss England and dated her for six months back in 2002. Lloyd suggested they remained friends after parting ways.

Hamilton’s longest relationship which went on for eight years – with a few hiccups along the way. He met the member of The Pussycat Dolls at the 2007 MTV EMAs, kick-starting a highly-publicized fling, which even included suggestions of marriage.
However, the popular couple called it quits for good in 2015, citing their busy schedules as the reason for the breakup.
Rihanna
Soon after, the racer was spotted with Rihanna on several occasions. Speaking to E!, Hamilton admitted he has been friends with the pop queen for a while.
However, the outlet reported the What’s My Name? singer wasn’t ready to settle just for anyone and was instead focused on her friends and work. Accordingly, things went quiet on any romantic suggestions after a few months.
Rita Ora
Rumors about love being in the air started to fly when Rita Ora was spotted at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in 2016. They were also seen working together in a music studio the following year.
Despite seemingly enjoying each other’s company, they never confirmed if there was any romance involved.
Barbara Palvin
The Englishman crossed paths with the Hungarian model at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016. That meeting clearly went well as Barbara Palvin was spotted cheering him at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Hamilton sat next to Lionel Richie’s daughter, Sofia Richie at a Paris Fashion Week show in January 2017.
The following month, they were spotted enjoying lunch together in Los Angeles. But that proved to be the last spark the paps got to fuel their romance rumors.
Nicki Minaj
The racing superstar and the rap queen were pictured together at New York Fashion Week in 2018. This was followed by the pair sending their fans into a frenzy by sharing pictures of each other on social media, including shots from a trip to Dubai.
However, they quickly drifted apart. These days, Minaj is in the news for taking on Megan Thee Stallion after the Hiss singer supposedly took an aim at her personal life and husband Kenneth Petty.
Shakira
Apart from cars and fashion, Hamilton also seems to be a keen follower of music, as, after Minaj, he was linked to Shakira. The speculation started when the two allegedly went on a boating trip after the Colombian singer watched him race in the Miami Grand Prix in May 2023.
The following month, the Hips Don’t Lie singer, who cut ties with long-term partner Pique in 2022, also watched Hamilton at the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona. Still, in the last few months, we haven’t heard anything about their relationship which suggests their bond was platonic from the get-go.
