Although as of now it’s not clear which characters from the first show will return in the spin-off, reports revealed a new cast for the show. According to NBC, it has been noted that Stephen Amell, will play the lead character, Ted Black, in Suits: L.A.

Additionally, it has been recently revealed that opposite Stephen Amell, The Walking Dead actor Josh McDermitt is also set to join the cast. Hired to play Stuart Lane in Suits: L.A. McDermitt will appear as an old friend of Amell’s character, Ted Black. As per the show’s description, Black has been introduced as a former federal prosecutor from New York, who joined forces with his old buddy, Lane, to build their L.A. law firm, Black Lane Law.
