Josh McDermitt Set to Join Stephen Amell in Suits: L.A.
Following the television success of Suits, which ran for nine seasons from 2011 to 2019, the show continued to find new audiences with its availability on streaming platforms. Therefore, connecting the new show to the original series’ universe, Aaron Korsh came up with a spin-off series Suits: L.A. Although as of now it’s not clear which characters from the first show will return in the spin-off, reports revealed a new cast for the show. Additionally, it has been recently revealed that opposite Stephen Amell, The Walking Dead actor Josh McDermitt is also set to join the cast. Hired to play Stuart Lane in Suits: L.A. McDermitt will appear as an old friend of Amell’s character, Ted Black. As per the show’s description, Black has been introduced as a former federal prosecutor from New York, who joined forces with his old buddy, Lane, to build their L.A. law firm, Black Lane Law.
Fans Get Nostalgic After Josh McDermitt’s Casting
After the reports from NBC about the casting of Josh McDermitt as Stuart Lane, opposite Stephen Amell‘s Ted Black hit social media, fans started getting nostalgic for one specific reason. Love that they’re redoing the wide face versus handsome face combo. I bet they hate each other in the start and slowly come to begrudgingly respect each other just like Harvey and Lois https://t.co/ggvTpDPMoX
