The first season of the show ended with the arrival of Loki at the TVA. But instead of the three Timekeepers, the TVA had a new statue. The new statue looked like one of the Kang variants, leading to the possibility that this TVA could be operated by a Kang variant.

And with the new rumor, there could be a possibility that Loki would come face to face with Kang the Conqueror, who could also be the main villain in the upcoming season. It could also explore the long history between Ravonna Renslayer and Kang the Conqueror in Loki season 2.

Loki Season 2 will premiere in the Summer of 2023 on Disney+.
