Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s fancy pre-wedding celebrations lasted three days in Jamnagar, Gujarat, from March 1 to March 3. While there were several noteworthy moments, one thing that caught the guests’ attention was Ambani’s fancy wristwatch.
On the second day of the party, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, and his wife Priscilla Chan noticed it. Intrigued, they began asking the director of Reliance’s new energy business and the Reliance Foundation numerous questions about his timepiece.

On March 3, a video appeared on X (formerly Twitter), where the couple (Mark Zuckerberg and his wife) was seen questioning Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son, Anant Ambani about his watch.
Impressed with the groom’s Audemars Piguet Royal Oak “Skeleton” Double Balance Wheel Openworked watch, American philanthropist Priscilla Chan was heard saying in the video, “Your watch is fantastic. That is so cool. Wow.” To this, Zuckerberg jumped in and said, “Yeah, I told him that already.”
“Who makes that,” asked Chan, to which the 28-year-old replied “Richard Mille.” The Meta CEO didn’t seem too interested in watches, but Ambani Junior’s high-value item quickly changed his mind.
“You know, I never really wanted to get a watch. But after seeing that, I was like, watches are cool,” Zuckerberg added. “I might want that,” Chan stated.

On the second day, the pre-wedding theme was ‘A Walk on the Wildside.’ Everyone, including Zuckerberg and Chan, wore outfits matching the ‘jungle fever’ dress code. The event took place at Vantara, Ambanis’ animal rescue and rehabilitation center in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Besides Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates and Ivanka Trump, there were various other high-profile international figures who jetted to India for Anant Ambani’s lavish pre-wedding celebration.
Even on the very first day, the Ambanis shelled out a whopping $8-9 million to have the Love on the Brain hitmaker perform at their younger son’s pre-wedding function.
Dressed in a body-hugging fluorescent green outfit, pop sensation Rihanna delivered an electrifying performance on stage. During her performance, the 36-year-old sang a mix of her best songs, including Rude Boy, Pour it Up, and Diamonds.
She arrived in Jamnagar on February 29, with her team, carrying a noticeably large suitcase. The following day, Rihanna was seen at the airport sporting a mehendi design on the back of her hand. She wore a veil-like hoodie and a turquoise dupatta.
