In a recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Chris Hemsworth reveals an incident that put the higher-ups at Marvel Studios on edge. When he was training for Limitless, he broke his ankle while training, which made the officials paranoid to the point where they literally stopped him from progressing any further until the end of the production of Thor: Love and Thunder. He said:

“Great, we’ll do it before I shoot Thor.” Anyway, I started training, I blow my ankle out, and Marvel stepped in and said, “No. The show that might kill him, you can do that after our film.”

This level of paranoia is something that you would not generally associate with Marvel Studios, but considering the theme of the show, it was kind of obvious why they acted the way they did.
