A heavy snowplow ran over Jeremy Renner
On January 1st, Jeremy Renner was severely injured when a heavy snowplow ran over him in Nevada. The actor was then airlifted to the intensive care unit after “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries.”
More than 30 of his bones were broken and the actor was hospitalized for a very long time. After the incident, he gave ABC News his first interview and explained,
“I’ve lost a lot of flesh and bone in this experience but I’ve been refueled and refilled with love and titanium.”
The actor was using his snow plow, which weighs more than 14,000 pounds, to tow his car, which was stuck. A family member was driving the car. After the car was pulled out, the actor got off the plow, which then began to roll. The actor then jumped on the vehicle’s seat in order to stop it from rolling down but he got run over. The near-death experience was quite traumatic for the actor.
