Mila Kunis is easily one of the most stunning on-screen presences. Her incredible acting skills coupled with her charming personality and witty humor just might be thought of as the things in particular that made her a household name within little to no time. But the truth is: that’s not true at all. For what it’s worth, Kunis most certainly didn’t bag one of the most crucial roles in her career just by her remarkable skills.

As it turns out, the Friends with Benefits actress told a crucial lie during the auditions of one of her most remarkable works of all time, That ’70s Show, just to bag the one-in-a-million chance of becoming an A-listed actor.

Mila Kunis is undoubtedly one of the biggest Hollywood names in today’s day and age, but all of this success came after her breakthrough role in That ’70s Show, which she secured through a lie. Though she is massively talented indeed, yet for getting a role in the television series, she was just a bit too young age-wise.

Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Ted actress shared how she managed to score her breakout role as Jackie Burkhart in the late 1990s superhit TV show.

“Legally I was 14,” Kunis said, “but I told them I was a little bit older…I told them I was gonna be 18, which is not technically a lie, cause at one point…I was gonna be 18.”

While the crew figured it out ‘sooner or later’ that she was actually underage, they couldn’t do anything about it as Mila Kunis was already cast and actually turned out to be the perfect fit for the part, considering how she was practically thriving in the television series.

Mila Kunis And Her Troublesome Fake ID

Although the underage part was truly wicked but necessary (otherwise we might not have been able to know a tremendous actress like Mila Kunis exists), that wasn’t the end of the list of the infamous things Kunis did when she was young.

Continuing, Jay Leno then went on to ask her if she ever possessed a fake ID when she was young. Answering his question, the Black Swan actress said on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno:

“I really did [have a fake ID]! Her name was ‘Jaffe Perez’. If she’s watching, thank you. [According to that,] right now, she would probably be thirty-three, thirty-four. When I was sixteen, my ID said I was twenty-one. So, it wasn’t so bad.”

However, even having a fake ID didn’t entirely work for her because people clearly weren’t willing to buy that, and would end up handing it back to her. Except for the one time that they didn’t.

“Once I lost my wallet and I got my wallet back with my real ID but my fake ID was taken out of it. Explain that. [That doesn’t make any sense!]”

Turns out somebody finally figured out how old Mila Kunis actually was and decided to teach her a lesson for her notoriety!
