Monster Hunter‘s 20th Anniversary website promises something big coming

Upon reaching the 20th anniversary of Monster Hunter, Capcom spared no thought and developed a beautiful website that was revealed to the public, beginning the celebrations of the turn of two decades. A large text is displayed there and it could mean many things, even more so for the most fruitful imaginations that theorize everything that could happen in the future of the action-adventure game series.

The message at the end of the text on the website thanks the players for all the years they spent supporting the saga: “With these 20 years of success behind us, we hope to ride this momentum and bring you bigger, better, and even more exciting hunting experiences that will thrill and surprise you. We invite you, dear hunters, to join us on the journey ahead.” And the question remains, what is the “journey ahead”?

Monster Hunter World 2 is no longer unlikely as the first became the best-selling game of all time for Capcom, it would be crazy to think that a sequel wouldn’t be on the way, but that would be the revelation that is being heated up by these messages on the Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary website? It could be, but it’s also not the only doubt present because the announcement doesn’t contain any specific date, but if it’s an anniversary celebration, it would make sense for something to happen in March 2024, when the 20th anniversary actually ends.
