When it was first announced that Paramount would do a live-action TV Series adaptation of the popular game franchise Halo, everyone was excited to watch their favorite FPS game come to life. However, the excitement soon vanished into thin air, as season 1 of the show was utterly disappointing, and season 2 is a slight improvement of the show, as it focuses on the improvement of the character of Master Chief.
Nevertheless, the show has shown improvement, however, the improvement is nothing compared to Paramount’s Superbowl advertisement. The 1:59-minute advertisement featured various iconic characters from the studio, including Halo’s Master Chief. The commercial was immensely praised by fans as the advertisement was extremely cringe, and they soon started roasting the live-action show for not working on character development.
Fans Troll Paramount’s Halo For Not Working on Enough Character Development
Recently, Paramount (@paramountplus) uploaded a special advertisement with reference to Super Bowel titled “hey Arnold bye Arnold #ParamountPlus #AMountainOfEntertainment #NFL #SBLVIII.” The advertisement featured a number of characters from the shows present on the OTT platform, including Tua Tagovailoa, the Quarterback of the Miami Dolphins in the NFL.
The advertisement featured that the Tagovailoa, along with several characters were trapped in Paramount Mountain, looking for a way out. Sir Patrick Stewart, who was also present in the advertisement suggested throwing. As fans of Halo know Master Chief is renowned for wearing a helmet with his battle suit, but the show took a different approach as the show had displayed Master Chief without the helmet in the first season.
The NFL advertisement became a laughing stock among the viewers, as they brutally started mocking the show.

Moreover, it looks like the backlash is going to continue as the second season of the show continues to show the character without a helmet, adding to the annoyance of the Halo fans. Master Chief Urges Viewers To Give Halo Season 2 Another Chance
Pablo Schreiber, who portrays the role of Master Chief in the live-action TV Series, has urged the viewers of the show to give the show another chance, as it has been plagued with controversies and numerous problems before it even began in 2022. The ardent and loyal fans of Halo have been immensely critical of the show and questioned every decision of the show.
Though the series was well-received by a percentage of groups. During an interview with ComicBook, Pablo Schreiber urged the fans of the video game series to give the show another chance and notice the major difference between the two seasons.
“As far as what to say to gamers, come on back and see the differences between Season 1 and Season 2 and see if you like it… The show was incredibly well received internationally as well as domestically, but the numbers we did internationally for Paramount Plus are off the charts and insane… And now, it’s about creating the kind of show that we all can be the most proud of… I’m going to push that until I die or until I’m asked to leave. I want to make the best show possible, and I want to try to surround myself with people that are helping do that.”
Nevertheless, Halo fans of the video game are not too delighted with the idea of watching Master Chief with his iconic helmet. Hence, they decided to troll the show for removing Master Chief for removing his helmet.
