The developers have been keeping things pretty close to the chest but fans expect an update to come any time now.

Gamers keeping a keen eye on all official channels for an update on Elden Ring‘s upcoming DLC have indeed caught an update on Bandai Namco’s official YouTube channel. The Elden Ring playlist was noted to have been updated earlier this month with an additional update received earlier today.

The playlist seems to have been updated earlier this month, and the playlist usually shows the date updated when a new video is added to the playlist, even if the video isn’t made public yet. The update was mentioned on X by YouTuber Ziostorm a couple of days back, who posted a screenshot as well.

He posted a few updates earlier today as well mentioning that Bandai Namco’s North American playlist along with the Southeast Asia playlist both have been updated earlier today. The post by him read, “This can only mean one thing.

Most of the replies to the post were rather similar as excitement was the buzzword. One fan even mentioned how the DLC has been teased for far too long. Referring to the screenshot, one reply pointed out the last video on the playlist being that of a guide for a PVP mode.

Ziostorm replied stating while that’s an old video, the playlist mentions the playlist did get “some kind of update” we can’t see. A couple of other replies mentioned either the updates could be nothing related to the DLC or there are private videos that are ready to go public.

A teaser or a full-fledged trailer could reveal a whole lot more about what’s to be expected from the upcoming DLC, even if a final release date isn’t announced in the teaser right away. Among the several things fans wait to hear about, they’re mostly looking forward to returning bosses, saga continuations, and also waiting to see some new bosses in the fan-favorite Soulslike game.
