The strapless dress has a mermaid-style silhouette, a deep V neckline with extra green circular decoration at the bust, and a thigh-high slit at the front. Two stripes that flow down the skirt and flared embellishments on the hips also featured the green theme. The actress omitted the necklace from her accessories.
Zendaya accessorized her short bob with thick side-swept waves, stiletto heels, and a simple black manicure. Her Bulgari jewelry, which included a diamond bracelet, earrings, and a sizable diamond ring, added some glitz. After a brief hiatus due to her hectic schedule, Zendaya is back with her first appearance in a while. She needed a look that matched the bill as she is nominated for performer of the year at the NAACP Image Awards.

The action saga The Woman King, which Viola Davis championed and acted in, earned the award for the outstanding actress. Will Smith took up the best actor award for the slavery drama Emancipation, his first film since the Oscars last year, where he smacked comic Chris Rock on stage before earning his first award.
