While the classic tale focuses on a couple in a boring marriage, discovering they are assassins, the new story centers around two spies tied together to mimic a happy couple. This journey kindles romance between the two. It is a very different take on John and Jane Smith than what we saw between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

It was clever for the makers to realize the difficulties in rekindling the same chemistry between Donald Glover and Maya Erskine that we have seen between Brangelina.
