One of the strongest characters in Jujutsu Kaisen is Satoru Gojo. He is one of the most, if not the most, popular characters from the series as well. The Mangaka of Jujutsu Kaisen is known to have a trickling hatred for this character, which appears quite bizarre to the fans. Gojo is a crucial part of the main cast and has an aesthetically pleasing design on top of it.

Gojo has always been portrayed as a self-centered character who is packed with confidence to the brim. Despite his self-centered and cocky personality, he always wants to help other people. The hierarchy of the Jujutsu society exhausted him, which made him plan to reform it with the help of his allies.

In the YouTube video posted on 2Spooky’s channel, it was revealed that the Editor of Jujutsu Kaisen, Tatsuhiki Katayama, was asked which character from the series resembles Geke Akutami in person to which they replied that they believe the Mangaka is most similar to Gojo Satoru.

Katayama described them as “cheery but super-duper smart” and further said that “Akutami Sensei reads a lot of novels and watches so many movies.” He explained how Akutami was very intelligent like Gojo, which is ironic considering how much they hate Gojo.

Gege Akutami is famous for their out-of-the-box humor and slice-of-life comments. The Mangaka have talked about their work in several instances, and Gojo Satoru has always been a prominent part of their interactions. However, they don’t perceive Gojo in a very good light.

This Special Grade Sorcerer isn’t just hated by the Creator of Jujutsu Kaisen but also by the Japanese voice actor of the character, Yuichi Nakamura. They find Gojo rather annoying, and considering the light in which he is written, The Six Eyes User has a slight god complex, but he also has the power to back up that arrogance.

Akutami talked about their character in interviews, and one of the significant instances was when they told audiences to vote for Kento Nanami instead of Gojo Satoru following the results of a popularity poll. Interestingly, Gojo has yet to rank 1st again in the subsequent polls.
