Rachel Grant once opened up about her disturbing experience with Steven Seagal

Ever since the actor’s fall from grace, several celebrities have come forward to share their alleged experiences with Seagal and claimed that he wasn’t the nicest guy to be around. Among them, one of the more disturbing cases involved actress Rachel Grant, who once played the role of a Bond Girl in Pierce Brosnan’s Die Another Day. But moving forward from the Bond franchise to auditioning for Out for a Kill, starring Steven Seagal, it soon became a nightmare for the actress. She claimed that the actor allegedly s*xually assaulted her during an audition in Bulgaria. She explained,

“I stood up to try to distract him. But he was able to tug down my top, which was strapless. My br**sts were completely exposed and I was forced to cover myself. He pushed me onto the bed with force. Then he said: ‘I suppose you want to see my private parts’ – though he used a different word. I was looking up and he started to pull down his zip.”

The actress further claimed that after the incident, she burst into tears and at that point, the Under Siege star allegedly apologized, but she did go on to lose her job in 2003’s Out for a Kill.

Steven Seagal denied the s*xual assault allegations

Considering the gravity of the allegations, Steven Seagal did come forward to reflect on the situation. But despite making a statement by himself, he issued a denial through his lawyers, which claimed that the alleged incident with Rachel Grant was completely false. The statement said,

“Our client denies having such contact with Ms Grant and further vehemently denies any alleged assault at all, in particular, the alleged assault occurring in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2002.”

Although there isn’t any substantial evidence to back Grant’s claims, following Seagal’s other controversial actions with several actresses over the years, it might not be further from the truth.
