Dwayne Johnson knows where his priorities lie

Despite being one of the biggest celebrities of this generation, Dwayne Johnson hasn’t fallen short in embracing his fatherhood. The People’s Champion also hasn’t backed away from sharing some insights about his life with his daughters through his Instagram, where he can be seen taking part in his daughters’ adorable acts. And while speaking with Extra, the actor expressed that being a father is one of the best things that has happened to him. He said,

“It’s just the best thing… I have a house full of just strong, bad*ss women. It’s terrifying, but it’s awesome.”

The Black Adam star further opened up about his relationship with his father, Rocky Johnson, and how that has contributed to him raising his daughters.

Dwayne Johnson explained how the bond with his father contributed to his fatherhood

Dwayne Johnson might not have shared the most wholesome relationship with his late father, Rocky Johnson but the actor’s love for his old man is still unfazed. The actor opened up that during his childhood, his father was pretty strict and believed in tough love and explained how it contributed to his fatherhood by stating,

“I grew up an only child. My dad was tough. He kicked my *ss, so there was a lot of testosterone growing up, so there is this balance, having all this estrogenic energy, then also me having the opportunity to infuse ‘father’ and hopefully setting a standard of what a man should be in [my daughter’s] lives.”
