Netflix Will Bring Back Evan Peter’s Monster

Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, a true-crime anthology series on Netflix, will receive a second season. The notorious Menendez brothers, who were found guilty of killing their parents in 1996, will be the subject of the sequel. The dominant streaming service appears unconcerned despite protests and worries that murder is being glamorized. The brothers will be played by Cooper Koch and Nicholas Alexander Chavez, and their prominent parts in the Ryan Murphy series is sure to further their careers. After a fresh discovery was made public in May, the Menendez brothers’ case is now developing in real time.

Although it is not yet clear how much of the brothers’ lives will be covered in the upcoming season, many are very excited about this, and they are petty confident that whatever Netflix will pull up, it will break the internet upon its release. Except for the confirmation of the second season, both Netflix and the related officials have declined to share any news or statement regarding the show or the amount of hate it is receiving due to all the violence the TV show portrays. Many have even taken to their social media accounts to share their views against the show and in the process stop the making of any more of it.

Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story

One of the most disturbing elements of the show is how Netflix has turned around this notorious serial killer and made him so glamorous. The show has toned down everything Jeffrey Dahmer has ever done to society and it would not be wrong to say that many now see him in a new light. Although he is the same ruthless murderer who terrorized the whole world with his acts of killing and s*xualy assaulting seventeen males, even up to the point of resorting to cannibalism.

The show has somewhat shown Evan Peters’ Dahmer as having a cool and calm personality, getting away with his killings and tricking his victims flawlessly. The show will have a huge negative effect on the younger generation who are not yet introduced to the cruelty of the world. And portraying the serial killer as a cool person will only form a biased judgment from their side. In real life, Jeffrey Dahmer was caught and initially sentenced to fifteen terms of life imprisonment but that decision was changed to sixteen life imprisonment in 1992.
