Dallas Liu Might Be A Part of Naruto Live-Action Movie

Along with starring in Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender, Liu might also become a part of the upcoming Naruto live-action movie. Daniel Ritchman, a Twitter influencer and writer also revealed on his Patreon that Lionsgate is considering Liu for an unidentified role in their Naruto live-action film. Liu is a martial artist and actor from the United States. Liu made his acting debut in Tekken as the youthful Jin Kazama. He went on to play Shuji Ishii-Peters in the television series PEN15 and Carter in Legendary Dudas.

Liu later starred in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, a 2021 Marvel film. He played Ruihua, Katy’s(Awkwafina) younger brother. Liu also performed a virtual reading of Seven Minutes in Heaven to commemorate the play’s tenth anniversary. In the upcoming Netflix live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, he will play Prince Zuko.

Naruto Live-Action Movie Starts The Casting Process

Naruto fans should be quite thrilled, as Lionsgate is working on a live-action film based on Masashi Kishimoto’s popular manga and anime. The film was first announced in 2015. According to sources, it is now back in development at Lionsgate. It has also been disclosed that a casting call for a Naruto live-action film was recently issued. The casting call seeks to stay true to the original manga by recruiting performers of Asian ethnicity.
