New Falcon and Winter Soldier Scene Details Reveal Sam’s Plane Rescue & More

While people are excited about WandaVision’s final two episodes, the series they are really looking forward to is The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Its trailers have already promised us way more action than we’ve got in WandaVision. And now, we’ve got the descriptions of two particular scenes of the Sam and Bucky show. Apparently, critics got to watch 15 minutes of the show, and here’s the first verdict coming from Collider’s Steven Weintraub:

There’s no denying the fact that Marvel has been very innovative with Falcon’s action sequences. He didn’t get to do a whole lot in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, but Captain America: Civil War showed us what a true bad-ass he is! And apparently, all that will continue in his upcoming series. Besides Weintraub, Decider reporter Meghan O’Keefe also spared a few words describing Sam’s action sequences.

Bucky Gets Therapy!

We’re happy for Sam, but he isn’t the only one who has his name on the title. Bucky is going to be equally important, and the second scene that Steven Weintraub described involves him trying to solve his issues with a therapist:

Well, it’s great to see that at least someone’s getting therapy in the MCU. Wanda was in dire need of it. But apparently, she found the manipulative Agatha instead of a therapist. But Bucky will keep himself in check. Meghan O’Keefe continued to state that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will also dig into “the trauma of being a superhero.

I personally cannot wait for this series to hit Disney+. It will be a 6-hour long fest of heavy action and elaborate storytelling. Just like WandaVision has been setting up several future narrative elements, we’re going to see many of them come from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as well.

It is set to premiere on March 19, only on Disney+. It stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson / Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes / The Winter Soldier, Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, Wyatt Russell as John Walker / U.S. Agent and actors like Desmond Chiam, Miki Ishikawa, Noah Mills, Erin Kellyman and Carl Lumbly in undisclosed roles.
