In past interviews, she did open up about doing a nose job and using lip fillers instead of lip injections. In a 2007 interview with People Magazine, she revealed that she did a nose job in her 20s and shared her story of how it felt for the first time.

“It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumours], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”

Speaking of implants, over the years many celebrities have opted for b*east augmentation and have also been heavily criticized for altering their natural bodies. But it isn’t the case with Aniston.

Well, The Switch actress is not very fond of filling silicone in her body. In 2006, she was invited to The Oprah Winfrey show, where she revealed the truth about whether she has implants or not to Oprah Winfrey. And it looks like she doesn’t, it’s just her natural body.

“No b**b job! You know what it’s called? It’s called ten pounds. Here’s what it is, this is the funny thing, you’re either, ‘Oh, look at the bump,’…and they circle the bump and there’s an arrow. But instead, it’s like, you know, maybe a couple of cheese plates too many.”

This means that she didn’t have a b**b job and due to some changes in weight, people speculated that she has opted for implants.
