Ryan Gosling might be suiting up as Nova in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The rumors intensified when news hit that a superhero project focused on Marvel Comics’ Richard Rider, a.k.a. Nova, possibly featuring Ryan Gosling, is in the works.

March 2022 brought the official confirmation, hinting that there were talks to bring this comic book character to the silver screen. But since then, the news on the project has been scarce.

As of January 2024, the Nova movie remains a mystery as no costing announcements have been made. But the cosmic hero’s shoes would perfectly fit the Ken star.

Earlier, the Hollywood star has also expressed his desire to play Ghost Rider in the MCU, with more focus on mature stories in the Multiverse Saga.
