One such character, known for his cowardice, is God Usopp, one of the most laughable personalities in One Piece. However, it looks like he is about to enter the realm of the strongest, as a theory suggests that before Nami, God Usopp would be awakening Conqueror’s Haki.
It might seem like a big stretch for him to unlock Conqueror Haki, but a few examples will change your mind. Usopp has somehow managed to turn all his lies into reality over time, with a few examples being his claim that pirates have arrived, which came true when Straw Hats docked their ship.
Usopp has been seen manipulating others’ thought processes in One Piece, which is one of the requirements of Conqueror’s Haki.
Proof that Usopp might be very close to awakening Conquerors Haki in One Piece
