One Such Theory is the Red Line Theory, which came to light in 2017 and has been considered one of the most apt theories of all. It suggests that One Piece is not a treasure or a devil fruit or something shiny. On the contrary, it is the destruction of the Red Line so that the entire world could become One Piece.

What is the Red Line?

The Red Line is a large ring-like continent that wraps around the entire globe dividing the single Blue Sea into four seas: East Blue, West Blue, South Blue, and North Blue. It is supposed to go 10,000 meters deep from the sea’s surface to Fish-Man Island on the ocean floor.

At the same time, the summit of the Red Line is high enough above sea level to be considered impenetrable. Mary Geoise, the World Government’s capital city, is situated atop the Red Line at the midway point of the Grand Line, where the Red Line and the Grand Line intersect.

The Red Line Theory is the perfect theory to support most of the questions in One Piece, including All Blue and the resurfacing of Fishman Island.

The Red Line Theory in One Piece

According to the Red Line Theory, which was posted by a fan, the endgame of One Piece would include the collapse of the Red Line, a massive wall-like landmass that splits the single Blue Sea into four seas. According to the hypothesis, the Red Line would be destroyed since it would solve many problems and achieve the objectives of many of the important characters.

Brook would reconnect with Laboon, Franky would have a ship that has gone around the world, Sanji’s All Blue would be revealed, and Luffy would become Pirate King.

Destroying the Red Line at the halfway point and Reverse Mountain also completes certain other objectives, such as annihilating Marijois and the Celestial Dragons and allowing Fishman Island to rise to the surface.

The idea confronts significant problems, including many unsolved questions, yet it is currently the only theory that makes sense. However, like other ideas, this one is speculative, and only one man knows the exact answer to What is One Piece, Oda San himself.
