In the land of manga, Gege Akutami, the genius mind behind the worldwide phenomenon, Jujutsu Kaisen, has gained an insane amount of popularity in recent years. Dark fantasy, action, and emotional depth find a unique fusion in the series that has captured the imagination of millions, and everyone is anticipating how it will conclude.
With only five chapters left, the speed of this series has become lightning-fast. Now the real question is: Can Akutami deliver a satisfying and epic conclusion to this beloved series? This question has constructed so many interesting debates across the fandom, with predictions of how the series might actually end!
Jujutsu Kaisen Peaked With The Hidden Inventory Arc, Despite Its Short Runtime
The Hidden Inventory arc is an emotional glimpse into the past of both Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo. Their unrivaled strength as teen sorcerers working inside the Tokyo Jujutsu School showed their friendship. As Special Grade Sorcerers, they were assigned to be the protectors of the schoolgirl Riko Amanai, destined to be the new vessel for the immortal Master Tengen.
This mission was foiled by the strategic thinking of a sorcerer killer named Toji Fushiguro, who outsmarted and defeated them, eventually killing Riko and setting off a chain reaction that would forever alter the Jujutsu world.
It is through the Hidden Inventory arc that Gege Akutami really outdid himself in the field of storytelling. They managed to weave a touching, action-laden storyline that explained a lot about the past of some beloved characters within its 14 chapters.
Hidden inventory is one of the best manga arcs for me and it's only 14 chapters so I know gege can make these 5 chapters work

The briefness and excellence of the Hidden Inventory arc reassure Akutami’s ability to provide Jujutsu Kaisen with a satisfying conclusion. If he can do such a masterpiece with 14 chapters, he can do anything with five chapters remaining, to leave readers with a truly unforgettable moment at the finale.
Though Fans Have Mixed Reactions Regarding This Prediction
While most of the fans are actually very optimistic regarding Gege Akutami’s storytelling prowess, the upcoming conclusion of the series is what polarizes the fanbase regarding Jujutsu Kaisen. Since there are only 5 chapters left, some of them raised concerns, fearing this vastly complex story might get rushed with some poorly explained major plot points.
ngl bro 14 to 5 is a huuuuge difference. also hidden inventory was able to create its own pacing via being its own thing while the current thing is nowhere near where it should realistically end. just imagine hidden inventory, toji kills riko and the arc ends within the next chap

yeaaaaah nah. 5 is way too little.

Also, some others feared that, in the rush of trying to end the series, several storylines and character arcs are going to be left dangly to a degree. That will leave fans frustrated who have invested in the series. That last few chapters probably wouldn’t be enough to tie everything together with so much still needing to be explored properly.
Many things surely will end inconclusive (unless there is some kind of sequel), but at least a somehow satisfying ending we can get probably.

But let’s not hope for the worst, Akutami must have some master plan up his sleeve, considering the series has always come with surprises and how greatly the narrative has been woven. The belief here is that the creator will find a way to satisfactorily conclude the series even within such a tight five-chapter timeframe, and this last shot will be a befitting end to the Jujutsu Kaisen saga.
