Dakota Johnson‘s iconic “Well, it’s not like nobody here hasn’t already seen my b–bs” line has undoubtedly become one of the most viral moments on the internet. For the unversed, Johnson won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress in 2016.

However, during her acceptance speech, she accidentally broke her dress while hugging Leslie Mann, who was presenting her the award alongside Alison Brie. This resulted in the viral and hilarious clip that Emma Stone accidentally recreated during the 96th Academy Awards.

What happened with Stone, you ask? Well, she snagged her second Oscar for the film Poor Things, winning Best Actress. However, she also accidentally broke her dress, jokingly blaming it on Ryan Gosling’s electrifying I’m Just Ken performance. As she explained in her acceptance speech (via Deadline Hollywood),

“Oh boy. My dress is broken, I think it happened during ‘I’m Just Ken.’ I’m pretty sure”

When Ryan Gosling graciously moved his mic forward for Emma Stone to sing a few lines, capturing hearts once again.

Besides this, Emma Stone has been sweeping awards left and right for her critically acclaimed role as Bella Baxter throughout this entire awards season. During her acceptance speech, she said,

“Oh, boy, this is really, this is really overwhelming. Sorry. My voice is also a little gone, whatever! The women on the stage, you are all incredible, and the women in this category— I am in awe of you, and it has been such an honor to do all of this together. I hope we get to keep doing more together.”

She continued saying,

“Oh my God, I’m totally—OK, the other night I was panicking as you can kind of see—it happens a lot—that maybe something like this could happen. Yorgos [Lanthimos, Poor Things’ director] said to me, ‘Please take yourself out of it,’ and he was right, because it’s not about me,–It’s about a team that came together to make something greater than the sum of its parts. And that is the best part about making movies, is all of us together. And I am so deeply honored to share this with every cast member, with every crew member, with every single person who poured their love and their care and their brilliance into the making of this film.”

In the end, she expressed gratitude to her family, including her soon-to-be three-year-old daughter, before gracefully exiting the stage and humorously pleading with everyone not to glance at the back of her dress. People are thrilled to see this totally well-deserved win!
