As we approach the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, we’re starting to learn more and more details about what the game will look like, and new concept art suggests that Peter Parker’s home will be a playable environment on the New York map, which is new and exciting for fans but also the subject of creative play when it’s put into the hands of Reddit users.
Concept Art of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 reveals the inclusion of Peter’s house as a playable scenario
With the arrival of the highly anticipated Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on October 20th, news of the title surfaced on the web and part of them is concept art of elements present in the game, whether characters, events, or in this case, locations.
The presence of Peter Parker’s home in the game raises some story possibilities for those who are most attentive, such as a possible attack by villains on Spider-Man’s secret identity or moments of interaction with supporting characters.

In addition to the possible scenes that may take place in the new Parker house, it is interesting to notice this other element of the original Insomniac version of the character, now having his own house and his job (other than an internship at the Daily Bugle again), building an Older Peter is little explored in movies or series and even in comics, which makes the fantastic story of Marvel’s Spider-Man so interesting.
In addition to the assumptions of the game’s anticipated story, when concept art was posted on Reddit with the simple question “What purpose do you think it will serve besides World Building and Easter eggs?” is the perfect opportunity for the more depraved (we’re not judging!) fans to expose their ideas.
The comment highlighted by the nature of the internet suggests between good ideas like a playable easter egg from PlayStation itself and a Suit Builder, the highest in the post is a minigame of, believe it or not, sex. That’s right, some fans with a different interest in the game seem to want to see Peter get physically involved with Mary Jane, Black Cat, or other characters in this new open-world environment.
For those excited about that, I’m sorry to say that it’s nothing new to say that this possibility should not happen in the title, so content yourself with the suggestions in the first paragraphs and let’s hope that Insomniac surprises us again with one of the best stories of the character to date. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 comes to PlayStation 5 on October 20th.
