One of the biggest reasons for Cyberpunk 2077‘s recent boost in sales is the anticipation that has been building up for its recently released update 2.0 and the upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC. CD Projekt Red’s latest title breaking the charts could most definitely lead to an even higher number of new players who were still on the fence about checking the game out.

Naturally, the team at CDPR is quite ecstatic about the whole situation, with the Quest Director for both the base game and its expansion, Pawel Sasko, expressing his gratitude to fans on X for their “incredible support.”
