In response to the passionate pleas of PS Plus subscribers, Sony has announced an exceptional gaming lineup for February, featuring blockbuster titles like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, The Outer Worlds, and the much-anticipated arrival of Need for Speed Unbound on February 20. This month’s addition to the ever-expanding PS Plus collection spans genres and generations, promising something for everyone.

A total of 13 games will be added to the catalog, with nine games for Extra and Premium subscribers and four Classics titles exclusive to the Premium tier. With the recent influx of exciting games into the catalog, it’s no wonder gamers are feeling more content with this month’s additions. This boost in satisfaction comes at a welcome time, especially after Sony fans had to grapple with a roughly 30% subscription price hike back in 2023 that still stings for some.

One of the most anticipated games making its way to February’s PS Plus Lineup for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium for both PS4 and PS5 players is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Players are plunged into the Viking Age as they embody Eivor, a fierce Norse warrior. Set against the backdrop of England’s Dark Ages, the game explores Eivor’s quest for glory and settlement expansion.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla‘s addition to the PS Plus catalog in February 2024 is followed by:

  • Need for Speed Unbound
  • The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition
  • LEGO Jurassic World
  • LEGO Worlds
  • Roguebook
  • Rogue Lords
  • Tales of Arise
  • Tales of Zestiria
  • Jet Rider 2
  • Resistance: Retribution
  • Tales of Symphonia Remastered
  • Tales of Vesperia

PS5 owners can look forward to the adrenaline-filled racing experience of Need for Speed Unbound, and The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, a gripping action RPG set in a future dominated by mega-corporations. This edition of the game comes bundled with improved graphics, some QoL upgrades, and the two DLC packs, Peril on Gorgon and Murder on Eridanos that add to the narrative with new quests, locations, weapons, and more.

For PS4 and PS5 users, LEGO Jurassic World provides family-friendly LEGO adventures that let players relieve iconic Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movie scenes. Additionally, LEGO Worlds invites players to unleash their creativity in a sandbox environment where they can build and explore unique LEGO worlds.

The lineup also introduces Roguebook, a captivating deck-building roguelike, and Rogue Lords, a dark fantasy roguelike for the PS4 where players command a team of legendary evil entities. Tales of… fans are in for a treat, as Tales of Arise makes it to the PS4 and PS5 catalog, while Tales of Zestiria is in the PS5 lineup.

For PlayStation Premium Classics, the nostalgia of futuristic racing awaits in Jet Rider 2, while Resistance: Retribution brings intense third-person shooter action against a relentless alien invasion in the gripping Resistance universe. As if Tales of… fans couldn’t get enough, the Tales of Symphonia Remastered and Tales of Vesperia titles are also joining the lineup, each offering gripping narratives filled with magical realms, epic battles, and moral dilemmas.

As the availability of games may vary by region, players are advised to check the PlayStation store for accessible titles.
