Good news for all of those RoboCop: Rogue City fans out there, as it has now been announced that pre-order copies are now available to purchase before the game’s release on November 2nd. Along with this pre-order announcement, it has also been mentioned that a deluxe edition has also been released for purchase, which will be known as the Alex Murphy edition.
What Will Be Included Within The Alex Murphy Pre-Order Edition Of RoboCop: Rogue City?
Recently, players have been looking forward to RoboCop: Rogue City as it has been getting closer to its release date, but now that we are only a month away from its release, players have been looking forward to pre-ordering the game. Now that the pre-order is live, we can see what will be available to players when they pre-order the game, and so far, it looks like a few items will be available.
When players are looking to pre-order RoboCop: Rogue City, there are two options that they can purchase. The first is the standard edition, which will only provide players with the base game itself, and this will cost players £44.99. For those who are willing to spend the extra £5, however, there are a few add-ons that will be included in the Alex Murphy edition that could entice a few of the more hardcore fans.
These add-ons provide 48-hour early access to RoboCop: Rogue City, an alternate RoboCop outfit that can be used within the game, access to the prototype version of the auto-9 super-powerful OCP shotgun, and finally, gamers will be granted access to the game itself within this bundle. All of this content will be available from day one of release for RoboCop: Rogue City.
What Platforms Will RoboCop: Rogue City Be Available On, And Is It Worth The Price?
Since it’s announcement, it has been made clear that RoboCop: Rogue City will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The Alex Murphy edition of the game will be available on all of these platforms as of it’s official early access release date, but many gamers are wondering whether or not it will be worth the extra price.
With the upgrade cost of the Alex Murphy edition being only £5, it could be considered worth it as it does provide early access and an extra weapon for players to use early in the game, while also providing players with an alternate skin for their character, but for some, this isn’t enough to fork over the extra bit of money.
Currently, these are the only two editions for RoboCop: Rogue City, and it looks like there won’t be any other editions getting released any time soon as the game is due to release in the next month. But for those who are looking to purchase RoboCop: Rogue City, it would be considered worth it to splurge a bit of extra money to get the Alex Murphy edition just for the extra content that they can use within the game itself.
