Marvel had everyone excited at D23 Expo, as Kevin Feige introduced all the upcoming movies and shows in Phase 5 and, Phase 6. The excitement levels went even higher when the Marvel president announced Fantastic Four. But unlike other movies and shows, Feige did not introduce the whole cast of the film. Instead, he just called out Matt Shakman’s name, who was sitting in the audience, and announced that he would be directing Fantastic Four. Marvel has yet not revealed the film’s cast, leaving fans only with one option.

Would Rachel Brosnahan be the Right Choice For Sue Storm?

Rachel Brosnahan is mostly known for her role in the ongoing show, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The actress has shown that she has the talent to bring depth and complexity to two-dimensional roles. Considering that a superhero story is not exactly known for being character-driven, Brosnahan is expected to bring out the best portrayal of Sue Storm.

However, she is not the only name on the list. Other strong contenders for the role of Sue Storm include Emily Blunt and Jodie Comer. Considering the film has a long time to release, anyone can get the role.

Fantastic Four still has two years to release and seems like Marvel is planning to take its time for the film. Kevin Feige has said earlier that Fantastic Four would not be an origin film. Fans were disappointed with the news but happy with finally getting a Fantastic Four movie after the disastrous 2015 version.
