Directed by Jake Kasdan, it will star Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans in prominent roles as Callum Drift and Jack O’Malley, while J.K. Simmons and Bonnie Hunt will be reportedly seen as Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Other reported cast includes Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Liu, Wesley Kimmel, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Kristofer Hivju, Michael Tourek, and Rod Maxwell.

Previously, Red One aimed to release by the Christmas holiday of 2023. However, as per recent reports from the account with sources taken from IMDb, the Johnson-Evans collab could very well be seen in 2024.
