Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans are undoubtedly two of the most bankable stars in all of Hollywood, but they haven’t been seen on the big screen together. Well, until the making of Red One was announced. And since the Christmas movie won’t be released at worldwide box offices but rather will be sent straight to streaming, fans are sincerely hoping for it to break the disappointing streaming streak the pair has set up for themselves.
And it seems it just might, considering how everything about the movie has been kept under such wraps that very few details have been popped out. Nonetheless, we have compiled all the information that we know about Red One, including the reported release of the movie as well as where to watch it. So, dig in!

As for the ‘where to watch’ question that most fans have, Red One will reportedly be found on Amazon Prime Video.
Red One Is Expected To Bring In A Unique Holiday Movie
Red One is expected to be an action-adventure comedy holiday movie that could provide a unique take on traditional holiday stories and films. The script for the same was written by Chris Morgan, reportedly taken from an OG story by Hiram Garcia, and the movie could very well lead to a potential franchise centering on reimagining the Christmas mythology.
While the plot details for the much-anticipated film have been kept strictly under wraps, Dwayne Johnson has been dropping some hints here and there to keep audiences captivated with the movie.
In his posts on social media, not only did he describe Red One by referencing Hobbs & Shaw and Miracle on 34th Street, but also mentioned how fans will be seeing a real-life Santa Claus all the while mentioning on X:
“Trust me, you don’t want to be on our Naughty List.”
Furthermore, taking his Jumanji reboot film series as another touchstone, the upcoming holiday movie just might involve something close to a cultural clash between the real world and a fantasy world.
Keeping in mind filmmaker Jake Kasdan’s decent track record of directing movies like The Rock’s Jumanji reboot sequels and writer Chris Morgan’s scripts for some of the best films from the Fast & Furious franchise (Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6, and Furious 7), fans just might be in for a treat with Red One with something new and worth watching.
