As the music industry and the fans gear up for The Recording Academy to honor the best of the year, Taylor Swift just changed her Instagram profile picture to a black and white photo of herself. While the rest of the people might not get the significance of this photo, Swift and her Swifties sure do.

As everyone (or at least almost everyone) knows, Taylor Swift has been recording and re-releasing all her older albums. Why? Well… because she wants to own her music and show some people who have tried to mess with her that she is not that easy to win against! And fans? Well, the fans are absolutely loving it. And that is why, the latest change in her Insta profile picture has her fans cheering with joy.
Taylor Swift is known to drop hints about her next projects from time to time. And seems like she just did it again – this time in the form of a black-and-white profile picture on her Instagram. The black and white theme for an album was last seen in another of her albums which is yet to be re-recorded and released. Have you guessed what it is yet? Well… if fans are right, then Taylor Swift is going to next tackle one of her best albums ever – Reputation. Remember the snakes? We sure do!
And we (and of course her fans) can not wait to see what she does with Reputation. All her re-released albums, while having the same songs from the first release, have been retouched. And the Taylor’s versions, as they are being called now, feel like the cherry on top for all those songs. Her latest album that she re-released was 1989 – Taylor’s Version, which was an instant hit! And we can not wait to see what she has in store for Reputation – Taylor’s Version.

Taylor Swift’s fans could get into the FBI, with all the clues they have been solving for years! The Mother, as Swift is sometimes called by her fans, is no less, as she included clues in the most minute details, and still, her fans are somehow able to decipher all of it sooner or later. It’s like a game they have been playing for years. And looks like a new one has started with the change in her profile picture.
Swifties were quick to notice this change, and have been cheering the prospect of Swift announcing Reputation-Taylor’s Version. It should also be noted that 1989-Taylor’s Version, which was her latest release, and was pinned on her Instagram until now, has also been recently unpinned. Making room for an upcoming album? We sure do hope!
